A whole bunch of engineering details about the soon-to-launch 2016 NSX were revealed at a dinner at the SAE International World Congress and Exhibition in Detroit only a few months ago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The engineers leading the 2016 Acura NSX development shared new technical details and strategies with the automotive design community. It seems that it will be the most exciting car from Honda in a very long time.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new supercar will include Acura\u2019s first use of a revolutionary multi-material space frame design featuring high-strength steel and aluminum that delivers class-leading body rigidity while remaining lightweight at the same time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new NSX uses world\u2019s first automotive application of the so called \u201cablation casting technology\u201d which means <a href=\"http:\/\/interplextransportation.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">high-class<\/a> body rigidity and ultimate handling and control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The NSX is powered by Acura\u2019s first all new, twin-turbo charged engine: longitudinally mounted, four-cam, 75-degree, 3,5-liter V6.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The supercar features the most advanced evolution of Acura\u2019s Sport Hybrid Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive System combining hybrid power going to the back wheels with pure electric power up front and provides the most capable and highest torque capacity in brand\u2019s history. A nine-speed dual-clutch gearbox featuring an electric motor that drives the rear wheels and collaborating with two electric motors that power the front wheels.
